The hotel's rooms, on the zero floor, were very clean and spacious with awesome high ceilings and a terrace, but being beside the reception made it a bit noisy. The service was really nice, although there were some language barriers and instances of items being removed from the buffet early. The location was very beautiful with nice room designs, leading me to choose this place, but its size and service setup could be improved. The dining experience was good with very helpful staff and fair prices, although the food wasn't to my taste. Overall, a decent option with some room for enhancement.
